Tuition Policy

Tuition is based on the budgetary needs of the upcoming school year. The Diocese has established the tuition rates and fees required to be charged during the 2008-2009 school year.  Three payment options are available: one annual payment in August, two payments in August and January or through the SMART TUITION automatic debit program.  The new tuition rates for Cluster VIII and specific to Bishop Guilfoyle Regional Catholic School are as follows:

Registration Fee

A non-refundable Registration Fee of $100.00 per student (K-8) is due with the registration application.

Tuition Assistance

SMART Tuition Aid Analysis has been selected by our school to conduct financial need assessments for families that need assistance in paying tuition.  The application process is fair and confidential.

If you would like to apply for tuition assistance, the applications are available from the school business office or you may apply online at http://smarttuitionaid.com/.  Our school ID is 30105.  Other code numbers you will need are as follows:

Active Catholic - CM001 or Non-Catholic - CM002.

Preschool

Please contact the school for information regarding days available for the 3-year-old and 4-year-old's programs. Full days are 8:30am-2:30pm and half days are 8:30am-11:30am.

Two payments due August 15, 2008 and January 15, 2009
Ten monthly payments via SMART Tuition Program


It is the responsibility of the parent/guardians of the student(s) to see that the tuition payments are made on time. If a tuition payment is delinquent, the parents/guardians must contact the Business office immediately regarding payment.

If the business office is not informed and tuition payment is delinquent, the parents/guardians will be informed that the child will not be admitted to school until the delinquency is satisfied.
